How should I share my Apptimize dashboard with my team?

Apptimize has a fully featured ability to set up and manage your Organization and your team member's access to our dashboard. You can change your Organization’s name  as well as set and control access for each member of your team on a per app basis.

For security and tracking purposes we recommend you set up individual accounts for everyone on your team.

You can manage your Organization on your Admin | Users page

Use the blue 'Add new Users to Organization' button to add someone to all apps in your organization.

Use the 'Add New User' button by an app to add someone at an individual app basis.

Apptimize supports 5 access levels:

  • Read Only: Can only view experiment results.
  • No Launch: Can set up experiments, but cannot launch experiments to live users.
  • Full Access: Can set up and launch experiments
  • App Admin: Can set up and launch experiments, and can set other user’s permissions for specific app(s).
  • Org Admin: Can set up and launch experiments for every app, and add/manage apps, and see/manage billing
